Tom founded Sillion in 2020 to address the need for an advisory offering that could address both sustainability strategy, and its communication. He has over 15 years’ experience within communications, focused on impactful sectors including renewables, cleantech, and sustainability.

HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS

Lucy, Head of Communications at Sillion, has over a decade of experience in communications, client services and sustainability-focused initiatives. Previously Client Partnerships Director at Given, her work earned CorpComms Award Grand Prix wins in 2022 and 2023.

HEAD OF SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTING

Naga has over 15 years of experience across consulting and in-house roles with multinationals in Europe, Africa and India. He previously led commercial sustainability projects for Guidehouse, serving energy sector, financial services and large corporate clients in Europe and the Middle East. 

HEAD OF MODELLING

Benjamin Freas is the Head of Climate Transition Risk Modelling at Sillion, with over 15 years of experience in data, numbers, and sustainability. He joined from Guidehouse, where he led the monitoring and forecasting of energy transition markets for Guidehouse Insights.

COO

Frances is a sustainability and business transformation expert with over a decade of experience, including roles at Deloitte and the BBC. As COO, she leads the development of consulting services and drives improvements in the Sillion's technical and operational processes.

HEAD OF ENGINEERING

Tom has a background in biotech, medtech, and healthcare, where he developed processes for software, data, and robotic engineering. As Head of Engineering at Sillion, he will focus on creating solutions to support clients' climate transition planning and reporting.

HEAD OF PEOPLE AND OPERATIONS

Rahel is the Head of People and Operations at Sillion, with over 15 years of experience across large corporates, family offices, agencies, and start-ups. Previously specialising in large-scale B2B events, she now oversees Sillion’s internal operations, processes, and talent management.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Mariana is an executive assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting leadership in international organisations across human rights, policy, and education. She now supports Sillion’s CEO in his day to day, focusing on internal planning and coordination.

Heela is an award-winning brand and communications consultant with experience leading campaigns for global brands like Coca-Cola and Volkswagen. She was named "Strategic Planner of the Year" in the MENA region and has received recognition from Dubai Lynx and WARC Global.

Joe is a senior sustainability consultant with extensive experience helping corporates and financial institutions manage climate risk. He has worked with FTSE100 clients on carbon accounting, sustainability strategy, and scenario analysis.

Pearl is a senior risk modeller at Sillion with a background in data engineering and experience building a global climate disclosure platform. She began her career in the Drone and Aviation industry, conducting environmental assessments.

Isis is a sustainability consultant specializing in ESG regulation and has led Sillion’s buy-side ESG research. Her experience includes roles with Nissan’s Sustainability Strategy team in Japan and a start-up focused on improving FMCG sustainability.

Sarah is a communications consultant with expertise in developing sustainability strategies across sectors. Before joining Sillion, she advised on sustainability leadership at Brunswick and conducted corporate reputation studies at Ipsos MORI.

Marion is an sustainability consultant specialising in procurement and supply chain. She previously worked at BCG Inverto, advising Fortune 500 companies on supply chain decarbonization, strategic supplier engagement, and operational optimisation.

Alex is a sustainability consultant with a background in communications and financial PR. He has extensive experience creating, refining, and conveying narratives and ESG work for specialist investor audiences and international stakeholders.

Rhianna is an associate communications consultant with experience in the built environment, supporting sales and community engagement for major London regeneration projects and leading media relations campaigns.
